First Impressions

I'm really looking forward to learning how to use Unity3D, as i play games and am interested how they are made. i also like the idea of blogs and being able to read other students ones, especially as i am new to the year its a good way for me to get to know people better.

https://www.pinterest.ie/pin/337840409537125049/ This was the first time I've heard about growth mindset. I would definitely see my self as having a fixed-mindset. If I ever come across a challenge i try my best to avoid doing it as i know no matter how much i try to overcome it it wont work.

Unity Tutorial 02

UNITY... My head is all over the place after this tutorial. If something doesn't work I find it very hard to figure out what I did wrong, I had a problem with the script and it was the exact same as what the tutorial showed, but it wouldn't work for me. It's annoying that the unity tutorial just continues after each video because if you make a mistake you either can't go forward until you figure out what's wrong (which could take forever) or you just continue and not be able to see it work like it is suppose to.. But overall it seems much easier then I thought it would be to make a simple game like that. The C# script's are a little confusing as i don't fully understand the language but i'm sure I will learn and understand it more as time goes on. Creating this in world game reminds me of a game i played before called Rust.
